Job summary

Landry's, LLC. in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and deliver memorable service.

You will respond to guest inquiries, balance cash transactions, and promote loyalty programs, while maintaining professional appearance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in hospitality and knowledge of property management systems are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in hospitality, preferably in guest relations.
• High school diploma required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Efficient communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Working knowledge of property management systems.
• Adhere to all state, federal laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Post charges, collect payments, balance cash and credit transactions.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Enhance guest experience by promoting loyalty programs and benefits.
• Answer calls and connect to appropriate department; manage wake-up, emergency and recovery calls.
