Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Six months+ related hospitality experience with accounting know-how.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Clear speaking skills for addressing groups of guests or staff.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting.
• Familiarity with Property Management System and basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift checklists and ensure night audit tasks are finished.
• Generate accurate accounting reports using the Property Management System.
• Balance cash, credit card, and room charges across shifts.
• Maintain accurate billing procedures and guest records.
• Greet and assist guests with professionalism during overnight hours.
• Distribute nightly audit packs and communicate findings to appropriate recipients.
• Handle guest check-ins/outs and make reservations per brand standards.
• Respond to guest comments and resolve issues with supervisor guidance.
• Monitor safety procedures and keep front desk organized and welcoming.
