Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for the Hampton Inn Champaign/Urbana to ensure accurate nightly accounting and smooth guest transitions.

You will handle check-ins/outs, maintain nightly reports, balance cash, and support housekeeping as needed, while delivering friendly service during the overnight shift. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of the PMS, posting and verifying transactions, and maintaining security of cash and records.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• One year experience in a similar hotel role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and answer calls.
• Perform nightly accounting and balance financial data.
• Audit room rates, posts, and POS transactions.
• Monitor cash handling and secure bank deposits.
• Print end-of-day reports and distribute to departments.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
