Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Night Auditor for Springhill Suites Portage, MI, to cover an overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). The role includes front desk duties, guest check-in/out, and cash handling within a dynamic hotel environment.

The candidate should have prior front desk experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills to operate PMS and reservations systems. This is a part-time position with opportunities to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to stand behind the desk and lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
• Basic computer skills to operate property management and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Handle guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Record guest preferences in the system and process check-outs and payments.
• Upsell rooms when appropriate and coordinate with other departments.
