Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to provide guest service during the late shift at Home2 Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Area Beaches. This position is part-time and located in Jacksonville.

The role focuses on front desk operations, revenue processing, and guest safety during night hours. You will handle check-in/check-out, monitor activity, and ensure smooth night-time processes while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Professional and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
