Job summary

Home2Suites Murrells Inlet is seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing Night Auditor to join our team. You will manage front desk duties, balance nightly accounts, and support guests with attentive service in a friendly, energetic environment.

As a Night Auditor, you will process payments, update reservations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure room availability and status accuracy. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
  • Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
  • Process payments for guests and update accounts as needed.
  • Enter and update reservation information in the system.
  • Collaborate with departments to share room availability and status.
  • Maintain the front desk so it is clean, welcoming, and organized.
  • Close and balance room accounts.
  • Run, print, and distribute various reports.
  • Make adjustments to accounts as needed.

Home2Suites Murrells Inlet is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Full-Time Night Auditor position. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
