Job summary

The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort is seeking a Night Auditor in Ketchum, Idaho. The Night Auditor will reconcile hotel cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and service functions including check-in and check-out.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, computer skills, and experience in guest services. The role requires flexibility for long hours and includes performing various financial duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Sedentary work with minimal physical force.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
• Perform guest services functions such as check-in/check-out.
• Maintain communication with management regarding operational issues.
