Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor in Charlotte, NC. The role balances all hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour cycle and acts as a Guest Service Agent during the overnight shift.

The NA also serves as the hotel system liaison, opening tickets with Opera, SynXis, or system support as issues arise. You will balance room revenue and various charges, prepare daily reports, register guests, and assist with breakfast service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel experience preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, food & beverage, and telephone revenue.
• Prepare daily management reports and nightly accounting packs.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Handle cashiering, deposits, and guest transactions per procedures.
• Upsell rooms and assist in breakfast setup and hotel operations.
