Apsilon Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance hotel accounts, post department transactions, and compile information to ensure accuracy on every night shift. The role also involves front desk duties for late arrivals and preparing the Daily Sales and Revenue Report.

The position requires basic math, computer literacy, and strong interpersonal skills in English. Employment is contingent on a background check and drug test; prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post room and tax accurately each shift and verify postings.
• Balance all income within proper accounts.
• Prepare the Daily Sales and Revenue Report.
• Perform Front Desk duties including guest check-in for late arrivals.
• Submit nightly figures and fax Daily Sales and Revenue Reports to corporate HQ.
• Close out the day on register and prepare audit bags.
• Open lobby and manage Continental Breakfast setup.
• Maintain awareness of safety reports and hazards.
• Perform other duties as requested.
