Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at The DeSoto Savannah. The role encompasses nightly front desk functions and daily accounting tasks while contributing to a guest-centric, inclusive work culture.

The position requires at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a High School Diploma/GED. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays are required with a competitive benefits package offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsabilidades

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room and other departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations and resolving guest issues.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize the Front Desk area for the AM shift.
• Monitors hotel security cameras.
• Ensures lobby is well-maintained, properly lit with music at proper volume.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
