Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service or hospitality; or Front Desk experience required.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate front office equipment and computers.

Responsibilities

• Checks the front desk accounting records for accuracy and compiles information for the hotel’s financial records.
• Tracks front office operating statistics such as room revenues and occupancy percentages.
• Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts.
• Run end of day process / night audit process on the Property Management software and prepares reports for management.
• Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent and functions as the night manager on duty in the absence of hotel management and front office supervisors.
• Maintain patience and composure, exemplifying excellent guest service with upset guests using compassion and empathy.
• Maintains a professional appearance and wears hotel uniform at all times.
• Respects guest privacy and maintains confidentiality.
• Attends all mandatory department, casino and/or training meetings.
• Follows all department and casino policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
• Ensures control/protection of company assets as applicable.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
