Job summary

The Lowline Hotel is seeking a detail‑oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, guest service, and the security and financial accuracy of the property. You will balance transactions, review daily reports, and ensure a smooth guest experience during the late hours.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, a high school diploma, basic accounting knowledge, and experience with hotel management software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in hotel or hospitality field required or progressive experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus.
• Experience at front desk or hotel preferred and basic accounting familiarity.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with hotel management software.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and handle reservations efficiently during the overnight shift.
• Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Balance transactions and perform end-of-shift accounting procedures.
• Conduct security walks to ensure safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Manage front desk operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to night audit processes.
