Remington Hotels is seeking a part-time Front Office Auditor for SpringHill Suites Atlanta/Buford Mall of Georgia. The role covers daily front desk and outlet audits, ensuring accurate room and tax postings and timely charges. You will help maintain system backups and support front office operations.

Ideal candidates show strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays while delivering warm, professional guest service.

• High work ethic and self-initiative are required.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax posting on computer or register for accuracy, correcting errors as needed.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily (if applicable).
• Complete rebuild of the front office system, reservation and related computer maintenance (if applicable).
• Follow management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Responsible for all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and guest directions.
