Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related software as needed
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies
• Handle front desk tasks including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and guest directions
