Job summary

The Lark in Bozeman is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and financial reconciliation. You will ensure guest data confidentiality, assist guests and vendors, and maintain a secure environment on shift.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year hospitality experience, cash handling and POS familiarity, and strong communication skills. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred. This role offers a values-driven culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations including front desk and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure front desk activities meet established standards and goals.
• Protect guest information and hotel data confidentiality.
• Assist guests, team members, and vendors during shift.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and report security concerns.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest concerns to plan corrective actions.
• Communicate with all departments about updates and issues.
• Keep front office, lobby, storage areas clean and organized.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning and used properly.
• Perform property walks to monitor guest safety and security.
