The role involves performing nightly audit tasks while delivering exceptional guest service at the hotel front desk, assisting guests with check-ins/outs, processing reservations, and responding to inquiries during the overnight shift.

The Night Auditor will count cash, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and ensure smooth shift transition by communicating with management and desk staff.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service and handling transactions at a hotel front desk.
• Comfort with cash handling and reconciling cash drawers.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete all nightly audit functions and ensure accuracy of cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Greet, check-in/check-out guests, process reservations and answer guest inquiries.
• Maintain lobby, communicate shift information to management and desk staff.
