Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs during the Night Auditor shift and balance daily revenue/expenses.
• Perform front desk duties during audit shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and adhere to hotel requirements.
• Generate and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
