Job summary

Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is seeking a Front Desk Auditor for the 3rd shift. You will check guests in/out, audit financial records, and prepare reports while maintaining professional service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include upselling rooms and services, handling guest questions, and ensuring accurate accounting. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred, with gaming license requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year customer service experience and cash handling experience.
• Typing test of at least 20 wpm.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out using the hotel computer system and balance charges.
• Audit daily records and prepare required reports.
• Notify Supervisor/Manager of unusual activity.
• Upsell guests on rooms, services, and amenities.
• Provide concierge duties when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and internal/external customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
