Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit professional to uphold a positive, productive demeanor while supporting front and back office functions. The role involves customer service, record keeping, telephone operations, reservations, and efficient accounting tasks across the front office, audit, and reservations departments.

The position requires flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends, alignment with hotel standards, and a focus on accuracy in daily audits and guest services.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to perform essential front desk and audit tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete all audit work including balance of posted cash, restaurant and hotel revenues, and card payments.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and flag discrepancies to the Front Office Manager.
• Communicate with other departments and share regularly scheduled reports.
• Coordinate with security to handle disturbances on property.
• Coordinate guest needs with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Receive and route incoming calls in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Post charges to guest accounts accurately.
• Assist with check-in/check-out as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information (financial, client data, salaries).
• Be knowledgeable about hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain security of guest room and administrative keys.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures otherwise.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report concerns.
• Work cohesively with colleagues across departments as a team.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
