Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor in Miami Beach to reconcile cashier transactions and prepare daily reports. The role requires attention to financial detail, guest service, and the ability to work overnight shifts within the Collins Court South Beach property.

The Night Auditor will manage check-ins/outs, process reservations, and ensure accuracy of city ledger transactions while supporting nightly operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience is a plus.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and compile management reports.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end reports per hotel standards.
• Audit, reconcile, and transmit credit card transactions on time.
• Maintain accuracy of all numbers reported and communicate variances to management.
