Job summary

NorthPointe Hospitality in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a diligent night auditor to join our hotel staff. You will handle bookkeeping, process guest check-ins and check-outs, and manage bills during your shift.

The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Prior hospitality or service experience and basic accounting familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and hospitality or customer service experience.
• Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep hotel financial records in order and balanced.
• Process invoices, transactions, room charges and refunds.
• Verify accounts are supported by documentation.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel and handle requests.
• Answer phones and make reservations when needed.
• Summarize nightly operations and list follow-up tasks for management.
• Adhere to End of Day procedures and reporting.
