Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Night Auditor for the Front Desk to deliver exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. The role focuses on accurate check-in, guest inquiries, and reliable information about the hotel and local area.

The Night Auditor will handle essential duties from 11pm to 7am, ensuring accuracy with postings, reports, and procedures while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
