Job summary

Valor Hospitality seeks a Night Audit specialist to close daily hotel activities, balance cash and room revenue, and prepare nightly reports for management. You will act as hotel system liaison during night hours and ensure accurate cash handling across outlets and the front desk.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in hospitality or related accounting, strong computer and guest-service skills, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six to twelve months experience in hospitality or related role.
• Accounting or hospitality experience is a bonus.
• Must have excellent computer and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash and room revenue for hotel operations.
• Close night audit and post daily transactions, deposits, and house accounts.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure accuracy of cashier’s and front desk transactions.
• Act as hotel system liaison during night hours and assist guests as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and reconcile reports with the system.
