Overview:

Park Place Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys quiet, structured work and has a strong grasp of both customer service and basic accounting principles. The Night Auditor ensures accurate overnight financial reporting and supports late-night guest services to maintain our standard of warm, professional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately complete and balance all daily hotel financial transactions and reports.
2. Reconcile and audit all front desk postings and revenue.
3. Prepare and deliver the daily management reports, including occupancy and revenue summaries.
4. Monitor overnight security and respond to guest inquiries and needs.
5. Perform nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
6. Ensure accurate completion of the nightly audit checklist and cash drawer reconciliation.
7. Communicate important overnight events to morning management teams.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby.

Qualifications:

Prior Hotel Front Desk or Night Audit Experience Preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient with computers; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.

Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of handling overnight shifts.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
