Join to apply for the Night Auditor role at Fusion Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

Night Auditor will serve as an ambassador to the hotel, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, and maintaining Guest Service Standards. Responsibilities include nightly accounting, assisting housekeeping needs during midnight shift, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves verifying transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring system security.

Responsibilities include:
  • Resolving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and daily operations.
  • Monitoring cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Responding promptly to guest needs.
  • Handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Operating Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Auditing and balancing various accounts and reports.
  • Closing daily operations and preparing reports.
  • Performing routine system backups and maintenance.
  • Participating in team meetings and training.
  • Contributing to a positive hotel culture.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills; PMS experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license for valet duties if needed.
