• Register guests, handle reservations, issue room keys and reports.
• Oversee Emergency Protocol per policy.
• Prepare and send reports.
• Audit and balance revenue totals with reports.
• Post room charges and summaries to ledger.

What you’ll be doing

1. Accept and safeguard Inn keys
2. Secure all exterior doors, regulate security cameras, and monitor internal activity
3. Register guests, handle reservations, issue room keys, prepare checkout reports, answer phone calls, etc.
4. Oversee appropriate Emergency Protocol per company policy
5. Prepare and send reports
6. Audit and balance revenue totals with revenue reports
7. Post room charges, outstanding charges and credit card summaries to ledger account

Skills you’ll bring along
