TPI Hospitality is hiring an Overnight Front Desk Agent at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Roseville, MN. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide friendly service, manage guest requests, and keep precise reservation records.

You will monitor safety, complete daily audit tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. TPI Hospitality is a nationwide company with 50+ years of experience and opportunities for advancement across Minnesota and Florida.

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
• Complete daily audit tasks and reports
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Pay or shift range: $16 USD to $18 USD

Overnight Front Desk Agent – TPI Hospitality

Location: Residence Inn by Marriott, Roseville, MN

Position: Full-Time - Overnight Front Desk Agent

Pay: $16/hr to $18/hr
