Join to apply for the Night Auditor role at Peachtree Group.

The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. During these duties, the Night Auditor will attend to guest needs such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and answering guest questions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Proactive guest security and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
2. Counting cash and maintaining accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
3. Checking the front desk log for issues and special requests.
4. Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
5. Processing guest registrations and payments.
6. Preparing express checkout folios.
7. Maintaining room status inventory.
8. Communicating shift information to relevant staff.
9. Maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and bathroom.
10. Ensuring smooth shift transitions through proper communication.
11. Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure high-quality service.
12. Answering inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
13. Completing shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
14. Performing additional duties as assigned.
