The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests’ needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity by running numbers not already in house
• Explain and provide promotional items to guests checking in
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and offer alternative solutions if guest demand cannot be met
• Cover other hotel areas as needed
• Document guest accidents by completing the accident report form
• Complete maintenance logs when complaints are reported
• Maintain all areas of the front desk
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner proactively
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and applying math concepts
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
