We’re seeking Night Auditors who embody warmth, attentiveness, and curiosity—professionals who thrive in creating memorable first impressions and delivering seamless guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

As a Night Auditor, you’ll:

• Welcome guests and ensure a seamless overnight check-in or check-out
• Run nightly audit reports and reconcile daily transactions
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Monitor guest security and respond to any overnight guest needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff after hours
• Manage reservations, handle room keys, and track any discrepancies
• Ensure accuracy in billing, posting charges, and completing reports
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor throughout the night

What We’re Looking For

You're a great fit if you:

• Are alert and energized during the night shift (11 PM – 7 AM)
• Excel in both written and verbal communication
• Have strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Remain composed and courteous, even in challenging situations
• Are comfortable using computer systems and managing data
• Bring previous hospitality, cashier, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Take pride in punctuality, professionalism, and a polished appearance
