Job summary

Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You will close and reset systems for seamless next-day operations, and prepare accurate daily reports, while maintaining guest satisfaction and accuracy.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong computer skills, and a commitment to service excellence within a full-time overnight schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required.
• Nj Black Seal License for operating broilers.
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as AR, AP, server service fees, etc.
• Basic math skills for financial reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Prior hotel PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, attentive service to guests during the shift.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlements.
• Make corrections in the PMS and troubleshoot computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue and expenses to generate daily guest/restaurant reports.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries professionally.
• Address guest concerns with effective service recovery.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary
• Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs.
• Standing and moving about in the guest services and restaurant/bar areas throughout the shift
• Primarily standing for majority of shift

Qualifications:

Pay rate per hour: $21 - $24

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Hotel experience preferred
• 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required
• Nj Black Seal License for operating broilers
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, server service fees, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
