Spire Hospitality, LLC in Park Ridge, NJ is seeking a Night Auditor to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless operations overnight. You will close out daily financials, balance PMS reports, and prepare revenue reports with precision for a smooth next day. The role requires hotel experience and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of hotel guest services experience required.
• Nj Black Seal License for operating broilers is a listed qualification (if applicable).
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, server service fees, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, attentive service to guests and respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlements.
• Make corrections in the PMS and resolve computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports like Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Conduct check-ins and check-outs efficiently and answer calls professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns with effective service recovery.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary
• Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs.
• Standing and moving about in the guest services and restaurant/bar areas throughout the shift
• Primarily standing for majority of shift

Qualifications:

Pay rate per hour: $21 - $24

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Hotel experience preferred
• 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required
• Nj Black Seal License for operating broilers
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, server service fees, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
