Job summary

24-7 Hotel Management seeks a Night Auditor to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold brand standards in our Nashville-area hotel. You will manage nightly guest accounts, balance cash, and report financials with accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, daily audit procedures, cash handling, and collaboration with front office teams during evening hours.

Qualifications

• Complete all brand required training.
• Complete all required Safety & Health training.
• On a daily basis, perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company.
• Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
• Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
• Make deposits of cash.
• Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business.
• Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the evening hours.
• Act as PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.
• Participate in all training and cross training programs.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Perform any job-related duties as requested by supervisor

The Night Auditor is expected to provide excellent customer service to all guest they encounter. Excellent service requires offering Ultimate Service with a smile and promoting the brand standards we are known for - uncompromised service with a focus on guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for the ensuring all guest-related financials are accurately entered and accounted for, reporting this information up the chain, and making corrections as necessary
