Job summary

Naples Bay Resort & Marina is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. You will check guests in and out, ensure accurate postings, and prepare daily reports for 11pm–7am shifts.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication and computer skills, capable of handling cash and guest inquiries, and available to work weekends and holidays. A friendly, engaging persona is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate charges and information.
• Manage cash, post charges, and balance the night audit.
• Generate and distribute daily and weekly financial reports.
• Follow all night audit procedures and safety policies.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am.
