Job summary

Big Horn Lodge in Moab, UT seeks a dependable Night Auditor for a part-time overnight role. You’ll balance financials, assist guests, and ensure a welcoming, accurate front desk overnight. Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred; strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently are valued. Enjoy a hometown team and Moab’s outdoor attractions.

Shifts are 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, 2 days per week, with a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, front desk, night audit, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable handling basic financial transactions and reports.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight hours, including late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Answer guest questions and address concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Process guest payments and maintain front desk records accurately.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor the property and maintain a safe, secure overnight environment; keep front desk area organized.

What You'll Do

As our Night Auditor, you'll help ensure smooth overnight operations while providing an welcoming and professional experience for our guests.

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight hours, including latecheck-ins and early check-outs
• Answer guest questions and address concerns with patience andprofessionalism
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate front desk records
• Follow company policies and hotel procedures
• Monitor the property and help maintain a safe and secure environment overnightMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Schedule

• Part-time: 2 days per week
• 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM
• Overnight shifts
