Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and conflicts professionally.
• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
