Overview

A Kolter Hospitality Night Auditor delivers service excellence to our guests, handling overnight needs and reconciling all hotel cashier transactions. This role is responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting food, beverage, and front desk revenues, providing accurate and timely information to ensure hotel policies are followed.

Performance Expectations

1. Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
2. Reconcile and balance food and beverage transactions from micros reports.
3. Post room and tax to guest accounts.
4. Coordinate all guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfactory problem resolution.
5. Check guests in/out as necessary.
6. Communicate with other departments and shifts to coordinate and follow up on all guest room information.
7. Respond to fire alarms, guest medical emergencies, and security threats appropriately.
8. Report any items in need of repair.
9. Follow all safety procedures while working.
