Job Description
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
  • Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
  • Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to guest needs, balancing revenue and expense transactions from the day, and performing front desk functions during the audit shift. The role requires good communication and guest service skills, with the ability to take appropriate actions to meet and exceed guest expectations.
