Residence Inn | Schulte Hospitality Group in Eagan, MN seeks a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. This role blends frontline guest service with accurate nightly accounting, posting daily charges, and reconciling the day’s revenue.

You will work nights, weekends, and holidays, assist guests, monitor security, and support the front desk. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a high school diploma; strong math and communications skills are

• Maintain organized Front Desk area for morning staff.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
