Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in a hospitality-focused, service-oriented environment. You will support nightly financial close, guest interactions, and front desk operations within a large, multi-brand organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Average sums of revenues from all accounts receivable.
• Act as front desk clerk: check guests in/out, book reservations, resolve issues.
• Make cash drops following cash handling procedures.
• Prepare Front Desk area for the morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Ensure lobby is well-maintained with proper lighting and music.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guestledger

• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues

• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
