Seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional service and make a difference for our overnight guests! This position appeals to team players seeking the opportunity to make a difference and deliver excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities

1. Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts, including telephone and movie revenue.
2. Assist in preparing all reports relevant to daily revenues.
3. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents.
4. Act as hotel system liaison during night hours.
5. Perform Guest Service Representative functions as required, including booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, and notifying guests of messages.
6. Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. Ability to work nights, weekends,, and holidays may be necessary. The job involves talking, hearing, and interacting with guests. Frequently, you will use hands and fingers to handle objects or controls. Occasionally, you will walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. You may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
