Job description

The department is open 24/7, so each front desk role is equally important. Associates working the front desk are key to the overall guest experience. As a night shift employee, you will work without management supervision, assisting in closing out the business for the day and checking in or out guests during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could threaten our guests' comfort. Role Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Night Auditor, your responsibilities include:

• Processing credit card transactions and other payments for the day (restaurant, events, lounge)
• Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Administering guest payment policies and checking for errors from the day shifts
• Preparing folios for departing guests in the morning
• Maintaining the lobby appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed
• Being familiar with all hotel emergency procedures
