Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified hospitality leader to serve as our Night Auditor. The role involves working at the front desk during the night, maintaining the quality and integrity of the hotel, completing checklists, upselling, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring security measures are followed.

Essential Functions

• Balancing accounts from the day shift
• Welcoming guests and assigning rooms
• Managing check-ins and check-outs
• Verifying payment methods and IDs
• Registering guests and handling requests
• Responding to guest complaints professionally
• Creating invoices and managing documentation
• Completing end-of-day financial activities
• Handling booking inquiries and providing hotel information
• Coordinating with housekeeping for room readiness
• Confirming group reservations and special arrangements
• Maintaining knowledge of standards and policies
• Performing computerized audit functions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous front desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and computer operation
• Customer service skills essential
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods, handling objects, reaching, stooping, and walking
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Visual and auditory capabilities required
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain alertness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Six months related experience preferred
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
