Crowne Plaza Riverside in New York is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to manage guest interactions, perform nightly credit and revenue audits, and maintain room status reports. You will handle keys, cash drops, and security procedures with a strong emphasis on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires clear written and verbal English, calmness under high guest flow, and punctuality during peak arrival/departure periods.

• Ability to complete accurate mathematical calculations.

• Complete daily revenue sheet, room revenue and room status reports.
• Provide security for guests and property by controlling room keys, verifying cash banks, making safe drops, preparing cash reports, and reporting/safety regulations.
• Investigate or analyze out-of-balance situations; create adjustments or corrections to accounts as needed.
• Print and distribute various required computer audit reports.
• Have knowledge of hotel fire and safety procedures.
