About Our Company

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger
• Handle all end-of-day accounting functions, including posting room rates and taxes
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios
• Summarize revenues from all accounts receivable departments
• Act as front desk clerk: check guests in/out, book reservations, resolve issues
• Make cash drops following proper procedures
• Organize the front desk area for the morning shift
• Monitor hotel security camera system
• Maintain lobby appearance and ambiance
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or as a Night Auditor
• Knowledge of PMS systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Information
