Job Summary

Are you a night owl? Do you enjoy working independently within a larger team? Then our Night Auditor position is for you! Fast-paced, fun, and friendly are the key characteristics of this role.

Responsibilities

• Closing reports at the end of each night.
• Maintaining responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and guest safety, with authority over hotel operations during your shift.
• Knowledge of reservations procedures, taking reservations, and understanding cancellation policies and walk policies.
• Checking in guests, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. We seek personable individuals who enjoy engaging with guests.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven excellence in guest service.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
