Drury Hotels offers competitive compensation at the market median and comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, and optional medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance plans. This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly “+1 Service” bonus.
Performs all front desk functions including checking guests in/out, promoting sales programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, and more. Responsible for auditing receipts, verifying accuracy, running reports, and assisting with breakfast setup, food preparation, service, and cleaning. May work alone during overnight hours, ensuring guest safety and security.
Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service. Responds promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. Maintains a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, speak and read English, relate warmly to guests, and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of hotel policies, money handling, and office equipment is required. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and complies with safety and security rules. Ability to work alone as scheduled, sometimes as the only team member on property.

The pay range is $19.86 - $29.81. The starting wage may be above the minimum based on experience, skills, and education.
