Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor

Join Peachtree Group Hospitality Management as a Hotel Night Auditor.

Description

The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, managing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. During these duties, the Night Auditor will attend to guest needs such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and answering questions.

• Proactively ensure guest security and create a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
• Count cash and maintain the accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Check the front desk log for issues and special requests.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations and payments.
• Prepare express checkout folios.
• Maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to relevant staff, including the Front Office Manager and General Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms as needed.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions by communicating pertinent information to the next shift.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local directions; explain room and hotel features.
• Complete all required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Locations and Salary Range

Indianapolis, IN: $16.00-$20.00/hour

Carmel, IN: $45,000-$65,000/year
