WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Provides superior customer service, positively influences interactions with customers and employees, and maintains resiliency to handle difficult customers in various business conditions. Works harmoniously with coworkers.
• Audits and processes source documents following departmental procedures for timely and accurate recording of hotel and related revenue.
• Generates and distributes various hotel system reports.
• Assists in training and supervising staff, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to meet job requirements.
• Notifies the Front Office Manager of discrepancies and assists in research and resolution.
• Familiar with all Front Desk procedures, including check-in and check-out.
• Oversees all close day functions, ensures all rooms are checked in, payments are secured, and maintains supporting documentation.
• Assists guests and other departments during the Audit shift as manager on duty in their absence.

• Proficiency with adding machines and computer input terminals.
• Ability to solve mathematically oriented problems.
• Accounting background is helpful.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
