Job summary

Crowne Plaza Anchorage-Midtown, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Night Auditor. This role balances nightly front desk duties with end-of-day audits while delivering exceptional guest service for check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to obtain necessary permits.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to obtain government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Overnight front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
  • Balance daily hotel transactions and prepare financial reports.
  • Complete end-of-day audit procedures and ensure accurate guest billing.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with reservations.

Summary

This position is responsible for performing overnight front desk operations, balancing daily hotel transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate guest billing. The Night Auditor provides exceptional guest service through check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest assistance while completing end-of-day audit procedures and maintaining hotel standards for safety, accuracy, and service.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. This position will be Sunday- Wednesday overnight shift.
